From June: Changing the calculation of stainless alloy surcharge
On multiple requests of our customers Deutsche Edelstahlwerke changes the time period for alloy surcharges calculation for stainless-, acid- and heat resistant steels.
The calculation of the surcharges will show values which are closer to the market development of the raw material prices. Using 2 months for the calculation before we will now use 1 month as base period for the calculation.
The change will be effectiv with publication of the stainless alloy surcharge of june 2009.
